Calendar of Events

In order to get a calendar for the classroom click on the teacher with children below.  The calendar contains all school events as they are announced.  Every Monday the calendar be updated with the current week's homework.

Upcoming Events

  • Sept. 1 - Fifth Grade Band Fair
    4:00 - 4:30 pm at South High -  School Come see what band is all about!
  • Sept. 2 through 17 - PTA Fall Fundraiser
    Help PTA sell items to earn money for a new playground, pay for busses for field trips, and more for our students.  Selling just one item will help benefit all the students at Edison.
  • Sept. 8 - PTA Meeting
    7:00 in Media Center / Library - Learn what PTA plans to do this coming year.  Find out more about Market Day. This is a great way to learn more about what is going on at Edison and become a more active  participate in PTA.
  • Sept. 14 or 15 - First Fifth Grade Band Lesson
    7:00 pm at South High -  Students may choose one night for their first lesson that best suits them.  All future lessons will be held at school.
  • Sept. 21 - Early Release due to Staff Professional Day
    12:00 pm dismissal due to all teachers meeting for professional development throughout the district
  • Sept. 30 - Edison School Skating Party
    6:00 - 8:30 at United Skates of America on Euclid Ave. in Wickliffe -  Students may pay to skate with their friends.  Students receive a prize if they wear a sticker that they leave school with to remind them of the event.
